This wedding was a dream. I am not exaggerating when I tell you I have a true love for what I do, and it's days like Kari and Duke's wedding that make me simply giddy all over again. Every details had thought, and time put into it. Soft and romantic pastels mixed with touches that felt every bit their personalities. Starting with Kari's dress. OH MY, that dress! (Let me just insert a thousand heart-eye emoji's here!) A gorgeous two piece gown that blasted you with simplicity and elegance, and if you know Kari, you know that this dress was made with her in mind! But, let's not downplay the groom, because Duke was to the nines in his sharp blue tux! The ceremony took place at St. Jude's Catholic Church, with the reception following at one of my favorite Downtown Grand Rapids venue's, The Cheney Place. Not one element was a touch short of simply gorgeous! However, details aside, it was the couple that I was so excited to spend the day with. These two not only know how to have a good time, but no one makes these two smile like they do at each other. There was so much raw emotion through out the day between them, which was led from a combination of sheer excitement, to love, and indescribable happiness. What these two have was something to truly celebrate.
